The Jersey Arts Marketers (JAM) are a consortium of arts marketing professionals that work cooperatively toward increasing the awareness of and participation in the arts in New Jersey. Formed through an initiative by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (NJSCA), each regional JAM group (North, Central and South) meets quarterly to address common issues, foster professional development, and coordinate a number of on-going cooperative marketing programs. Each regional group is led by a chairperson who, working in tandem with the Discover Jersey Arts (DJA) staff, strives to develop DJA as a statewide resource for both the cultual community and its patrons. Participation in JAM is free and open to marketing, promotions and public relations representatives from all New Jersey-based, nonprofit cultural organizations.
